Pawfessional K-9 Training is owned and operated by Sean Shoemaker who has spent his life around dogs.  From having dogs as pets to working with Search Dogs on a FEMA USAR Task Force searching for victims at the World Trade Center.  Sean has recently decided to help others develop the same love he has for dogs by completing the Animal Behavior College - Dog Trainer certification program and starting Pawfessional K-9 Training.  Sean constantly continues his education and is a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants.  He recently became an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and conducts S.T.A.R. Puppy and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluations on a regular basis.

We all love our dogs, but sometimes we don't love everything about them.  Those little (and sometimes big) behavioral problems that often drive us crazy when we can't solve them ourselves.  We understand those issues and will work with owners to make their dogs the best they can be by using proven, consistent training techniques and showing owners how to best interact with their four legged family members.
